Return Policy
At FurEase, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the incorrect product.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, damaged by misuse, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
